Group class with Miss Marce for Dreamers

You'll experience a timely stimulation class using the Miss Marce model/method with your baby, filled with exercises, activities, and tips, from the comfort of your home.

Duration : 1 hour and 20 minutes (40 minutes of class with your baby and 40 minutes for questions and answers with Miss Marce)

Ages : Class for mom/dad/caregiver with baby between 0 and 6 months

Requirements : Your baby must be awake during the session, choose a time when he or she is not sleepy or hungry.

Recommended Material : It is not mandatory to have the following materials, but we recommend bringing them to achieve a higher quality session.

• Foam mat, yoga mat, or a comfortable surface for your baby
• A pilates ball or large ball
• A rattle
• 3 toys that your child can manipulate with his or her little hands
• ⁠A texture to massage your baby (e.g., sensory ball or brush)
• A blanket
• A baby book containing pictures
• A musical instrument (rattle, maraca, small drum, tambourine, small bell)

Important: We recommend that your baby has his or her physiological needs met (not hungry, not sleepy, clean diaper).
