Group class with Miss Marce for Dreamers

Reserve your spot in this interactive group class taught via Zoom by Miss Marce!

You will experience a timely stimulation class of the Miss Marce model/method with your baby full of exercises, activities and advice, from the comfort of your home.

Duration : 1 hour and 20 minutes (40 minutes of class with your baby and 40 minutes for questions and answers with Miss Marce)

Ages : Class for mom/dad/caregiver with baby between 0 and 6 months

Requirements : Your baby must be awake during the session; choose a time when they are neither sleepy nor hungry.

Recommended Materials : The following materials are not mandatory, but we recommend bringing them to ensure a higher quality session.

• Foam mat, yoga mat, or any comfortable surface for your baby
• A Pilates ball or large ball
• A rattle
• 3 toys that they can manipulate with their little hands
• A texture to give your baby a little massage (e.g., sensory ball or brush)
• A blanket
• A baby book that contains pictures
• A musical instrument (bell, maraca, small drum, tambourine, small bell)

Important: We recommend that your baby's physiological needs are met (that they are not hungry, sleepy, and have a clean diaper).
